There’s nothing quite like pulling a golden loaf of sourdough from the oven - crust crackling, aroma filling the room, and knowing you brought it to life with your own hands.
 
This small-group class (just 8 spots available) will guide you through every step of the process:
Creating and feeding a healthy starter
Mixing and folding dough for strength and flavor
Shaping and scoring loaves with confidence
Baking techniques that bring out that classic tang and perfect crust
 
You’ll spend the day in my farmhouse kitchen, learning by doing, asking questions, and sharing stories around the table. By the end, you’ll head home with your own loaf, a jar of starter, an amazing lunch featuring sourdough and the knowledge to keep baking sourdough bread for years to come.
 
Cost: $125 per person

A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your spot.  Balance to paid upon arrival.
